I swear I saw one vert around here with the spoiler.

And maybe it's just me but the antenna doesn't bother me. I remember people complaining about shark fins on roofs when they first came out and now nobody notices.

I'm willing to be if you look up the stubby antenna for 350Zs (Some used S2000 antenna) you'll find a shorter one.

The shorter one is only about 1.5 to 2 inches shorter. They gave me the shorter one of the two.

Post Rear spoiler availability

I spoke to Nissan/Infiniti USA this morning. Consumer affairs I think.
The cool spoiler with am/fm reception will not be available until mid may at best. And she did not seem at all convinced that date was written in stone. I got the impression that there had been lots of calls ahead of me. She mentioned that some people had already been waiting quite a while as they ordered it some time ago with their new car purchase and were still waiting.

Since I signed up with XM and am not listening to any am/fm at all, maybe it is time to go after that beautiful Grubbs spoiler if it is ready yet (with camera hole).

Did a quick google and found one here. Don't know how well it will fit with our vert. My Pacific Sky color was not listed as a pre-painted color?? $685.00 price with integrated am/fm antenna.

I called them yesterday. They don't have the part in stock. They also asked me if I know the reason why there's a MFG backorder on the product. =T So pretty much the guy I spoke to knew nothing about it. The guy said he will do a part search and call me back, but hasn't yet. Another dead end... =/

Question

Do they have them? I PM'd Rick at Riverside on jan. 24th and never received a reply at all. I e-mailed the parts department the same and also received no reply to that.

I just bought a loaded Midnight Garnet/Graphite from Infiniti of South Atlanta. I tried to get the rear spoiler installed, but Infiniti has stopped installing them due to quality issues. The service manager indicated that even the 2010's were not coming with them...

Has anyone else heard anything like this? I really wanted to add the rear spoiler

I spoke to Infiniti and they saying May for these. And she did not seem at all confident about that date.

called my local dealer yesterday and it's still a no go, with no release date. i tried to get the XM puck cover to delete the am/fm antenna and they wont even release that part for it. my 09 Acura MDX has a built in Am/Fm antenna on the rear valence/spoiler, so i dont see why they are haveing the problem there.
