Sorry, IMO the rear end of the convertible is way cleaner and better looking than the coupe. The taillamps design on the G37 coupe is pretty bad. The Infiniti Concept shown had the right idea, but when the dumbed down the lines for production reason, the whole rear 3/4 and trunk design on the coupe became very messy. Besides the Vert is wider and actually has a lower stance than the coupe in person - in fact it looks more sporty.

 

I think it looks good to be honest with you. At first I hated it, but it grew on me..

this thread is a waste. if people want a convertible, they will buy 1. just like we picked g37's over other cars, you figure out what best suites your needs and go for it even if you may compromise in some areas.
