can someone post a pic of a "ghostly" painted CF hood?

that is a cf hood that has been painted with red on top and shows the ghosting that we are talking about

 

is that ghosting? Looks more like partially painted with fading to me.

 

What's the difference? Every place I've asked down here dunno what the hell I'm talking about... one place said its called "candying" *shrugs*

Neways, still have the hood sitting here trying to figure out what to do with it....
