Can anyone give suggestions on some decent hotels that are not too far from Lokey Infiniti? Not 5 stars, but not a dump either. Thanks.

 

are you wantin to maybe stay out at the beach?

if so there are a lot out there. the hilton is pretty nice, there are a bunch of others too but dont know anything bout them.

im sure omi and that lokey guy can give you somemore options.

 

I'll do some looking during lunch the next few days, but one that comes to mind is a Hampton Inn about a mile north of the dealer on US19. I've never stayed there, but Hampton Inns can usually be counted on to be safe and clean. Here is the info for you:

I will see if I can find anything else. If you want to stay at the beach, it is not far from here. But if you are just looking for a place to crash before or after the meet, there are much closer places(like given above).

 

Oddly enough I lived in St Pete for 12 years and cant think of any other than the Vinoy and the Don both 5 star hotels. Stay somewhere on Clearwater Beach or in Tampa.

By tampa im meaning downtown, or near the Airport ( close to Lokey ). Clearwater is a great place too, the beaches are awesome.

 

If you want to be close to the dealer, do NOT stay in Tampa. The Hampton Inn mentioned above is VERY close to Lokey, so you wouldn't have to get up at 0-dark-30 on Saturday.

 

i think he was staying the night Saturday night.

 

Yup, I'm driving up on Sat. with everyone from SFL and staying Sat. night to avoid driving too much in one day. Thanks for the suggestions. Now to see what's the best deal.
