I bought a KS rear from him and it came banged up, three cracks on both sides. Wanted to through FedEx claims to get reimbursed but was told by FedEx that the seller had to handle the claim. Sent him numerous PMs and never got a response or any help from him.

Also I sent in an order and was told I had to wait a week or two (this was last year sometime, I can't remember) for them to custom mold the piece because it wasn't in stock. At some point during the wait I contacted him to cancel the order because I was selling my car, and although he said he tried to get Import Trenz to cancel the order, was unable to do so. I don't have the packaging anymore to confirm the ship date if it was before or after our conversation took place, so I can't put blame on anyone for that specifically, but just thought I'd speak about all aspects of my experience ordering from him.

In the end, the shipping damages and inability to cancel the order wasn't necessarily his fault, but I can definitely say that the customer service is completely **** after you've paid the $$. Second chance, I'd go with Klumyzee.
