=\ south motor messed up my kit

i picked up the car from south motor's infiniti today and well....my front passenger fender where the front bumper meets, the bumper is cracked, chipped, stress marked =\

id take pics but im lazy, anyway's im kinda bummed out now because they want to use their own body shop, and not the one that i got my kit painted at, which came out amazingly well. Also they only want to touch up that section, last time i had an incident like this it was when valet hit my bumper with a parking thing.....and the body shop said they had to repaint the whole bumper cause it would not come out the same.

Does anyone know if the bodywork does not come out well, if i can complain and have it redone? until it looks well?

a touch up would never look good....you would at least need to paint the part of the bumper that they damaged and clear the whole bumper for it to come out right...what body shop painted the bumper originally? tell them you want to take it to my shop ill get it lookin brand new!

thats BS. its your car and they damaged it. so tell them you are gonna take it to where you want and they are gonna have to pay for the whole bumper to be fixed.

dont take no for an answer!

well i have an appointment to drop the car off on monday the 9th......they where gonna provide a loaner and said it would take 2 day's.

I might call the corporate offices and tell them i request to have it done at my body shop. The manager say's he will do it but only at his body shop - in my opinion, i dont care as long as it comes out how i had it. My kit looked great, match'd 99% and aligned perfectly. You better believe if i do have it done at their body shop it better look how it did.
