Wow! I read all the posts and it seems to me like this guy is just worried about his csi and is willing to drop a customer with a lot of issues just to avoid headaches.
That really sucks. There is no customer service anymore. It doesn't matter where you go anymore, places are so busy that they just don't really care about the customer.
And that whole thing about the audit... they are probably being audited for all the parts they are replacing under warranty that were actually damaged by servicemen.

wow
reminds me when my headunit broke and they put in 4 "new" headunits all with the same problem, took about a month to finally get a "new" one that worked.
I hate IOCC, prob didnt even fix my unit and just kept the same on in there.

its all about the $$$...they wanted to charge me $200 for bolts under my car because he was afraid of them breaking from the "severe undercarage rusting" blah blah...they make u feel like your car is **** so you can fork over the money...its a shame

Damn, Alex. That sux. Just finished reading through your whole thread and that really saddens me that IOCC treated you like that and even came on the forum challenging you. I had always thought that IOCC was kind of like the counterpart to Lokey Infiniti, our club sponsor, as I thought they were very mod friendly. I hope you'll be able to get this mess sorted out soon and you're able to get a suitable compromise in your favor.
