I've been lurking around on the G35Coupe forum for a bit and just found out we have a FL forum so I thought I'd introduce myself.

Name's Cary, and I have an 06 Coupe 6MT.

I'm out in Tampa Bay and am seeing a bunch of coupe's around these days so there's got to be at least a few on here!

If anyone wants to caravan with me to a Coconut Grove breakfast / Key Biscayne photoshoot this Saturday you're more than welcome. Gonna be a lot of fun, there's meets going on all the time with all kinds of cars but the Gs down here are so anti-social they never want to get together with anyone else.. their loss...

as for so fla, sadly i had to wait til after i left to get my g. im originally from aventura if any of you know where that is. ill probably go down to visit my parents sometime so maybe i can organize an impromptu so fla meet.

 

Welcome... I live on the edge of Tampa and Brandon. FGC membership has been growing pretty fast over here and local/mini meets are pretty frequent.

 

Just keep looking at the threads here and something will eventually be planned that you can attend.

Thanks for the welcomes - I've had the G for about 4 months and love it. It's still bone stock but a hell of a lot of fun to drive. (I came off of an IS300, and a 325IS prior to that)

I haven't started modding it yet as most of that goes into the bike, but I wouldn't mind a little more power and some more aggressive suspension.

Anyone do track days here?
