Got my intake yesterday, polished tubes even know I ordered black , I'll live.
Intalled them today in about 2 1/2 hours in conjunction with an oil change. No need to remove the bumper, I don't know why they direct you to do so. The kit is easy to do from the inner fender well.

still waiting for my black ones from AMT. Guess that they are shipping out this week and should have by mid-week. getting very anxious and not sure why taking so ****** long. So pretty easy to install thru fender wells? Did u have to take off both wells? How do u like them and power difference?? Ive been hearng so many negative things about these intakes and wondering if it was bad investment? Want to hear good things!!

Just have to remove the forward fender wells, the power gain to me is negligable. The sound I'm not in love with, it is louder but it tends to drown out the sweet tone my Berk cats have (that is my only other mod). I might have to go with a full exhuast to get my sound balance back.

man..im really disappointed that i jumped the gun on this one! Lots of neg reviews on Injen. Don't even know if i want to take these things (when the heck i get em) out of the box. Seems like a lot of hassle to put them in with no gains. Also been thinking about that hydrolock issue as it rains cats & dogs over here in Bradenton. WTF did Injen do? Def. false advertisement w tht 20 WHP gain. Even 7-8 WHP would be enough to put em in. Should have just went with short RAM intake. I dont know, maybe i should just spend 8g on a ****** twin turbo to make this thing faster. Well guess i stuck with them and $450 in the hole... E-bay lookin better or dyno to show otherwise... Oh, BTW i raced a twin turbo Porshe Cayenne yesterday and got blown away... **** Embarassed as hell got beat by a SUV :-((

^^ Don't be man lol

The Injen CAI, is sick, and IT WILL PRODUCE power. Plus, a lot of people have been saying they feel a HUGE difference in the mid-upper range. Low-range power, Ihave been getting mixed reviews.

Keep them, try it out. If you have problems or don't like it, sell it to someone else.
Make the best outta it.

Let Me Ask You Though, Do You Think Hydrolock Could Be An Issue And At What Rpm Range Do You Feel Power Difference? We Do Get Bad Storms Down Here And Wondering If Alot Of H20 Will Get Up Into Bumber Compartment Even From Smaller Puddles? **** Im So Paranoid....
