Lol quiet inside and shakes the block outside doesn’t exist. Sorry I don’t have any actually helpful information other than you won’t find an exhaust that fits your needs if those are your two must haves.

Is this a serious question? Come on, man.

What you could do is sound deaden your cabin. Rip out the seats and carpeting and lay down some Dynamat against all the sheet metal.

On that note, I want to lose a few pounds but I only want to eat doughnuts.

Honestly, the Dynamat suggestion was serious. It's an idea I've had on the bench for as long as I've owned my catback.

Personally I love my invidia , just wish it was a bit lighter. The weigh is worth not having any drone though .

Note that laying Dynomat (or any CLD) will not help his exhaust noise in the cabin. CLD reduces rattles and resonance. It doesn’t block noise. To block noise he would have to lay mass loaded vinyl. I did it to my car and it works.

OP - find my thread “I’m doing it...” if you want more info on this.

I think an Ark exhaust is the best compromise for you.
I personally don't think my Motordyne was loud inside, but others say it is. Difference in sound sensitivity and tolerance varies between each person.

Found myself researching MLV. Very interesting tip, sobeIPL.

Fast Intentions has an exhaust with resonator option to reduce interior noise. I don't own one personally but it's gotten great reviews. You may want to look into that if you want a quiet interior with an exhaust that can open up at higher RPM.
