Thaitanium 3" Titanium HVR Exhaust

Mine specifically is 3" Titanium HVR w/ 4 resonators (but I have 2 straight mid pipes if I desire switching).
Bought this from Thaitanium Performance LLC during one of their famous group buys. I was looking for an aggressive sound, but also weight savings in the process. Wow I could not be more satisfied with the final product. I heard good things about En but I must say all expectations have been exceeded. Not only is the build quality top notch, but you can get a full Titanium exhaust for only slightly more than some of the alternatives in stainless. No one else right now can compete with this, period. Dealing with En (owner) was nothing but positive, I have no doubts he will have a very successful career with products like this. If you are in the market for exhaust, please hit them up on facebook or instagram, lots of options and different styles available.

10/10.

I find the faux heat-bluing silly, but it's otherwise nice if you and your neighbors can live with the volume.

Gorgeous, just gorgeous. I'm a sucker for Ti, especially burnt.

slartibartfast - In general or just on our cars?

Plenty of high end cars with this same styling. And these burns actually make more sense on Ti than a SS exhaust. From what I understand after speaking with a couple people that do Ti parts (Mazterpiece Automotive, WC Lathewerks, West Coast Fasteners), you can't apply the same type of burn to SS that you can to Ti and get the same results. So I think that the faux burn would apply more to SS than Ti if that makes sense.

I prefer heat bluing caused by heat. You only see that on the header. Plenty of bikes out there to see what the real deal looks like.

Well to me it sounds great, but if this was your family car I'd say at some RPM's it's pretty loud. I have Ark on my other car and it's much more reasonable for a daily, and that's considered some what extreme to some people (compared to FI/Stillen). Really depends on what you're looking for. I would not choose this setup for a daily family car. En does offer other systems but I'm not sure how they'd sound in the car. Keep in mind I do have Berk HFC's so I'm not sure how it would sound with stock cats, could be milder.

That being said, I wanted mine to be loud as it will be more of a weekend toy and track car. I can't wait to get headers for it.

The owner can have whatever you desire made but his business is unique in that he usually makes exhausts in group buys. If you want answers I'd hit him up on facebook.

I haven't weighed it yet, but if you want to see how much lighter it could be potentially he has the information on his site. It bigger diameter than stock but I'm sure it's also got a lot less useless stuff on it to make up for it.
Towards the left and on top are pictures of a RathGibson Stainless 3" tubing. Bottom right, is our ThaiTanium 3" tubing. The stainless is 4ft in length with a weight of 7.6 lb. Our titanium is 4.5ft total with a rounded up weight of 3.6 lb. (scale is in kg). When comparing titanium tubing to stainless steel tubing, you're saving a little over 45% in weight.
