Long crank after some repairs were done
ecently got valve cover gaskets, upper intake manifold gasket changed. When starting the car for the first time my buddy forgot to plug in the cam sensors. From that point forward I was getting P0021 and P0011 and random misfires. That was fixed after he got me new cam sensors. But now on random occasions my car will crank much longer to start. Clear in the video. Not a single code either. Wondering if it’s due to aftermarket sensors he got from HOLSTIEN. ECU reset has been done as well as idle relearn and cam timing relearn by hold the rpms at 2k in neutral. Was planning on cleaning my throttle bodies and maf sensors tomorrow think it’s more than that though. Side note. He also removed the fuel damper and the o ring wasn’t on properly the first time as well so first start up also sprayed gas everywhere and he put an o ring on could my injectors be leaking or damaged from that? Any ideas?
