Please help with misfires

Hey everyone, so ive been dealing with misfires and it seems to have gotten worse to where i cant drive the car, my codes im throwing are cylinder 3 misfire, random/multiple misfire, mass air flow b circuit low, p0113 code for intakes

it started out as a misfire to where when i first start it up the it would be a hard start and the idles would just up and down then when it warms up the idle would go back down and ran fine.

now it has gotten worse, when i accelerate it the cel flashes and when i let off the cel disappears. i really have no clue what it is. my exhaust sounds so much different too.

ive replaces sparks and made sure my coilpacks are good by unplugging them with the car running, replaced both maf sensors, replaced valve cover gaskets along with intake manifold gakets and throttle body gaskets, made sure my fuel injectors are firing, put a screwdriver up to them and i could here ticking (normal) anyother ideas would very much be appreciated i really dont know what to do. this is my only car and i cant get to work without it also dont have any professionals around me to look at it so im kinda screwed. please throw me advice im also running lean, im catless with z1 intakes no tune.

If you clear the codes, do they return immediately? The MAF sensors (OEM or aftermarket) are very particular wrt to how they are seated and I have seen folks struggle when they re-mount in an aftermarket intake.

Can you reflash back to stock? Not sure on the catless side as one of the others will have more experience in this space, but I thought those issues started with O2 sensors, not MAF.

You can also try swapping the fuel injector and coilpack on cyl 3 to another cylinder to see if the issue moves. Do you still have the factory intakes?

yes when i clear the codes they return immediately, and i have switched my coilpacks around and the misfire on cylinder 3 doesnt move, i dont have factory intakes, and the maf sensors were duralast from autozone and i have replaced cylinder 3 fuel injector as well, also dod compression test was around 180-175 on cold motor
