I have a 09 g37x that I blew the engine on I recently bought a new engine from a 2013 but after pulling the cv axles on my old engine I noticed my new engine had a shaft going outwards where the passenger side cv axle is and the old engine the cv axle has a input shaft that goes in the engine any Ideas why this might be?

 

The front differential is what goes on to the out put shaft duh🤦‍♂️
