Help Coolant in Spark Plug Well

No problem, you can go to any auto parts store and they sell coolant hose by the foot you can replace those lines which should solve your problem.

Make sure you top off the coolant

That happened to me when I first got my car! 2010 g37x. I found the solution. The coolant was leaking from the TB above cylinder 5. You have to fix your plastic heater core connection, forget the name it goes by. It's most likely cracked and is introducing air into your coolant system causing it to build pressure and for whatever reason it likes to leak from that place in the TB. I hope this helps! (I also used a screw ring to tighten the TB hose)

Your problem is an external one from the throttle body hoses leaking onto your coils. You can see see the dry spots on the VC.

Replace the hose or the clamp or delete.
