Do I need to replace fuel injector as a precautionary measure?

Hi, all. Are fuel injectors something that one expects them to fail and get replaced at some point around 100k miles?
Just went to the dealership for a multi-point inspection. My G almost hit the 100k mile and they found the valve covers are leaking so I am planning to replace the gaskets myself. I am also planning on replacing the ignition coils and spark plugs as I do so. But there are a few parts I am not sure if I should replace.

OEM VQ35HR / VQ37VHR Plenum Gasket (upper gasket)
Fuel injectors x6

Are those parts (or other parts around there not mentioned like Lower Intake Plenum to Cylinder Head Gasket) likely to fail as I reach 150k miles in a few years?

Auto rock sells Beck/Arnley gasket for the valve cover; Are those good or only OEMs are recommended?

Also found heater and coolant hose are leaking but that is probably outside the scope of this thread.

Any suggestions are welcomed. Thank you!

They're uncommon as a maintenance item to replace however they do get dirty and the spray pattern changes over time.
You can always by an extra set and have them cleaned a flowed to have a piece of mind they're all flowing evenly then have sell your oem ones.

You can do without it.

That makes sense. Thank you!

fuel injectors are not replaced as regular maintenance. they rarely go bad unless you are running some low quality shi tty gas and its gummed up to all hell. otherwise leave them alone. why in the world would you replace the factory oem ignition coils? leave them be too. just throw new plugs either ngk or denso and replace the ignition coil boots with factory ones. as for the plenum gasket, yes replace them as you would need to remove the upper portion of the intake manifold for access. get the factory oem gaskets, it won't cost you an arm and a leg. buying gaskets online or aftermarket gaskets come with stupid risks such as mispackage because the idi ot that put it in the shipping box may not have the brain cells to determine left from right.

I will replace the gasket then. Thank you for raising up the concern of aftermarket parts didn't do their job right, which I overlook when choosing the part.
I ordered Beck/Arnley because just in case the original gasket is damaged for some reason so I can have a backup one. Thankfully they sent me the right gaskets and surprisingly they are made in Japan.
The ignition coils are also replaced because I worry they are going to fail in the upcoming 50k miles, so mainly just for peace of mind.
