Spark plugs - OEM or aftermarket?

I’m looking to replace my spark plugs, only at 45 k, 9 years old. Just need some help on what type, brand or should I upgrade? Im running test pipes with full exhaust with a ecutek tune.
Should I just replace with the Denso 3457 Iridium?

Just run oem denso spark plugs. Also do not buy any of those ebay ones majority of them are fake. Best place would be rockauto. Or, you can download Honey on google chrome and use it on Advance Auto Parts website and usually find a good saving on there.

I have good news for you....
Assuming you have the original iridium tipped plugs, they are not due to be replaced until 105,000 miles, regardless of age.

I’m not sure what’s in the car. I would assume they are the original ones, I bought the car with 38k miles. I just like to keep maintenance up to date. I guess I could pull one out and double check it.
