G37 intermittent Power loss

Hey Guys/Girls, I've been dealing with this issue with my 2012 G37x Sedan 7AT for the past 3 weeks. It started on my way to work 3 Saturdays ago and i haven't been able to pin point exactly what's happening. The car goes through random moments where it loses " Normal " Acceleration and can barley make it to 30mph, I can have my foot in the firewall and it just struggles to move. I have an UpRev tune and was able to pull some parameters on Accelerator and Throttle positions. When the cars running fine and the Pedal is all the way down it draws 4.65v and the Throttles draw about 4.16v but when the cars running like crap the Pedal is pulling 4.65v and the throttles are only at .98v. So i replaced the Throttle bodies and it didn't fix the problem. Tonight my ABS and Traction light came on but went off while the car was acting up. I added the numbers below with the running good vs bad accelerator/ throttle positions. Im very lost with this, Its got no codes at all, Nothing pending. It drives fine then it doesn't, I just don't know where else to look.
