Leaking coolant from front of engine

I have a 2008 G37s coupe with 103k miles on it. Started leaking antifreeze from the lower forward LH side of the engine. I removed the undercarriage pan and can see antifreeze dripping from next to the A/C compressor. It looks like it’s coming from in between w bolted together block castings. It scarily looks like I’ve blown a mid engine gasket, but everything I’ve read about these galley gaskets is they leak oil and trip all kinds of sensor lights. It’s a very slow drip, but it stinks like hell.

Anyone experience this first hand? I’m also torn on whether it goes to the Nissan dealer down the street, the Infiniti dealer across town, or the local mechanic / tech shop.

Any ideas?
