Anyone know of the Galley Gasket?
was watchin a video on youtube about it and wanted to know how bad of an issue it is...
i drive a 08 G37 Coupe S I currently have around 195k miles on it
i bought it used at around 120k...
STock Motor..

 

I started a thread on it and I have been posting pictures of my progress.. I'm pulling the motor tomorrow to do a clutch job on it

 

Issue has been around for 12 years, topic has been discussed several times. Check out the helpful search feature that this forum has. If the gaskets/bolts are bad/backed out the motor would need replacement if it's neglected long enough. Compression test will help determine if they are bad. 20+ hour repair job if I recall correctly.
