P2A00 error O2 sensor circuit range

Hi Everyone, I'm using G37 Couoe 2008 model with 138k miles already on it.

Need your help in solving this issue with P2A00 error code. I am up for renewing my registration and get state inspection done but this error is preventing my inspections.
I have reached out to Brakes Plus team for solution and they fleeced $2000 bucks from me for possible solutions interms replacing engine gaskets, spark plugs (for a possible gas leaks) and A/F sensor, etc. But so far nothing could fix this issue.

Brake Plus team's explanation seemed rational in doing these repairs (atleast I thought so) but the issue is still out there and preventing my state Inspection.

I reviewed some other threads in this site for a possible exhaust leak, and I got that checked in my car but seemingly there are no leaks.

I have returned to Brakes Plus team for resolution and waiting their further diagnosis but meanwhile I thought I borrow some suggestions from this Forum here.

Please suggest what should I do. Thanks in advance.

According to Google results (did you Google that code?), it's the upstream O2 sensor or sensr circuit on the passenger side.

Yes, I did Google it and Brakee Plus team indeed replaced O2 sensor with a new one. Still the code persists..

Check for exhaust leaks. Does it sound any different?

I had a similar code but for the drivers side upstream sensor. Turned out to be a cracked catalytic converter weld
