Relearn procedures with an Uprev tune

Relearn procedures with an Uprev tune
Hey guys. Want to clean my throttle bodies and MAF but before i do that i want to know if i can d ol the relearn procedures after the fact if i have an uprev tune? Or will that relearn screw with the tune? Ive been looking and looking for answers to this but havent ran across any. I know if i just disconnect the battery with the tune. It will always revert back to map 1. So is that how i should go about this?

After the cleaning, you might have to only perform these three procedures according to Motivates DYI Garage ep.27 1. Pedal release learn
