Transmission harsh shifting

i need a little info if you guys can help, I have a 2009 g37x sedan with a Stiller super charger in it. The car has 103k miles on it but it shifts really hard. The super charger has only been on it for about 10k, is this normal? Thanks in advance

Any transmission TSBs applied? Could it your tuner went a little overboard in raising the line pressure?
