RPM jump and drop when putting my foot down
RPM jump and drop when putting my foot down
So I just did some small maintenance things (oil, seafoam in gas and crankcase) and I have a question. I drive my G mostly in manual mode just because, and sometimes I’ll put my foot down a little earlier than my shift (I’m an idiot). Anyways, when I do this the RPM’s would jump about 400, then drop very quickly back to where they were. Ow that I’ve done my maintenance, the cars more responsive and this happens more often (again, I’m an idiot)
Is this the torque converter not locking up properly? Part of programming? Lack of tranny oil pressure? I’m a little lost as my old Acura MDX never did this to me!
