New clutch

Was wondering might need to get a new clutch on my g37 soon. What is a good upgrade to the factory? And do I need to upgrade flywheel also?

I have a OS Giken dual plate clutch. I put less than 1000 miles on it. My car is not a daily driver and it's been worked on for the longest time. I can't use the dual clutch due to not holding up the power my car has. If you want it I'm more than happy to sell it to ya for a cheaper price. A win win situation man. Let me know.

I have a triple plate OS Giken clutch if you're wondering. Let me know.
