How to bypass p0420 and p0430

Has anyone know how to bypass code p0420 and p0430. I have no cats cause of my aftermarket exhaust (it’s full bolt on). I know you can get the code off once the vehicle is tuned but at the moment I have no money for it and my state Inspection is due this month. The o2 sensors have spacers already by I guess that trick didn’t help it. Just need help if someone knows another way how to bypass it. -thanks

They are called defowlers basically it's the metal part of a spark plug thread. Just smash some old ones and use those
