First, welcome to the site.

Never press the gas pedal before starting an EFI car unless specifically told to do so in the owner's manual. It is mostly likely a non-issue with drive-by-wire but older systems would easily flood the engine with fuel.

If the starter doesn't spin when you have low fuel level (and 20 miles is a lie, you have probably 2 gallons in the tank), then you have an electrical problem of some sort. Yours is the first case I've heard of so I can't be of help.

Thank you for reply to my post

it will start but it take so many time , I have to press the start button and turn off do that like 9 or 10 times then it would start, I have a leak when it’s raining , I see water in my driver floor mat, but when I tried to pour into the sunroof water tube, there’s no leak and water went straight to my wheel, ohhh just found out it still won’t start when I have full tank of gas .

Once the car start and when I drive it for a bit, when I shut it off it and start it back up , it will start right away but if I let the car sit for more than an hour it won’t start

Could be the starter button?

Sunroof drains are the most likely water source. Some have had leaky door window seals. One or two reports of leaks at the windshield.
