What's a good CEL code reader for around $100.00?

Assuming you have a smart phone, a $5-15 app (OBD Fusion is my favourite) and a $15 - 30 ELM327 based OBD scanner in Bluetooth or WiFi.

I use one of these:

Amazon Amazon

Combined with the Torque App on my phone, which is a few dollars. There's plenty of options, this is just one of the many combinations you can do.

I got this:
Amazon Amazon
for $110. Bought because it reads ABS and SRS (airbag) codes too, and needed to fix airbag issues on my other car. But it saves your different cars, saves codes, tells you what the codes mean, with datalog (I haven't tried that part yet), and the OBD2 plug is illuminated so you can see the jack under the dash.

I was also looking at Scangauge and their MX Bluetooth, but with having to purchase the Nissan and Mazda plug ins too this was a little cheaper.
