Thats a fantastic deal, AFIK those two are identical (coupe and sedan)...the good thing about the RE505A is the filter is replaceable too, you can get one for about $13.00 on rockauto and clean it up for cheap if all else is in order.

My two cents worth...The TCM and ECU are paired/tethered. So, taking the G35 trans (with valve body intact) may need to be re-programmed for any updates and paired with the ECU. My want to double check to see what the cost may be in that. Also, may consider having Level10 transmissions rebuild the valve body. Ask for Pat.
