08 G37 Leaking coolant

Was wondering if anyone has seen a coolant leak from the back of the engine on the drivers side?

Was driving yesterday and my car wouldn't go over 2,000 rmp in 1st gear and couldn't break 20 mph, not the best when I was crossing a street. The check engine light came on and the ODB code is P1217.

Been researching all day and my best guess is the heater core or some hose attached is causing the leak.

Also would it be safe to move the car less than 100 feet if i put some coolant into it ? They are repaving my complex tomorrow and all cars need to be moved.

Thanks

You hit limp mode. The ECU thinks something is threatening engine or emissions health.

I have an 08 as well and the plastic part on the coolant hose broke because well its old and brittle. I was lucky that I was cruising with my G buddies and they fixed it on the spot for me. couple parts from advance auto and home depot and its all good now lol
