Transmission

I have a G37x 71k miles and has been having some transmission problems. It jerks everyonce in a while and I feel it slipping sometimes when I drive it. But there is no check engine light. What's wrong?

Change the fluid and have the programming updated if possible. Also pay mind to which forum you're posting in
