Minimum Engine Speed

Hey guys I found that the maximum engine speed for our cars is 7,600 RPM. Does anyone know the minimum engine speed? I am inputting some data into my OBDII reader and it's asking for some values.

Not sure if there's an exact number, but my engine idles around 1.1k rpm cold and 600 rpm when warmed up.
