I was doing a 0-60 run and didn't realize I had VDC on, and then the was 3-4 loud bangs when trying to accelerate and slip light came on. what are those bangs from, I'm assuming its the brakes engaging from the laugh and VDC kicking in. Anyone have any idea what it was.Learned my lesson from now I will remember to shut it off to prevent any damage, that can't be good or at least it didn't sound good.

 

It's fine... won't cause any damage. That's just the brakes coming on when it detect slippage.
