Engine hesitation?

so for a while my car was having some hesistation when i would go heavy/medium on the throttle it was start hesitating. if i kept it WOT the CEL light would start flashing on me. looked it up and it blinks when there is a misfire. well i had a A/F ratio sensor code and i fixed ( loose pin) and that turned me CEL off. after that the car ran a bit better still hesitation now mainly after 5000 rpm. so i hooked up to cipher and everthing seemed to be fine. A/f ratio is ok, sensors are fine. o2 sensor take a bit to fluctiate but thats it. so i changed out my plugs and checked the gap for .044. and the car ran even better but STILL hesitation. idk what else it can be.

Silly question, did you reset the PCM after fixing the AF sensor and doing the plugs?

PCM, ECU, ECM...whatever they're calling it.

It's not a panacea, but at least it's free to try
