You DON'T have the wrong car for forced induction. Just for reference, my G37X sedan with 7AT is going strong more than a year after adding twin turbos. I'm running ~6 psi of boost, or about 425 HP at the crank, and driving the car hard. No transmission work (yet).
Since you have AWD, I'd recommend looking at blowers before twin turbos. My car required a lot of custom welding to get the turbos to fit. Good luck!

Just do your research before you listen to the nay sayers. At the end of the day it comes down to "TUNING" and the "LEVEL of BOOST." And what supporting parts you have installed to mitigate the risk of potential issues arising.

Example: AWD drives need to have a VB upgrade with a tranny cooler at minimum. That preserves the Transmission life.

Note. Only folks who have automatics and have been boosted should be your beacon of light (Reference). Now it's time for me to take flight I'm out.
