what are some modifications and upgrades i can do to increase hp without using turbos or superchargers. I already have a cai and exhaust.

Answer to your question? HFC, Plenum, if you don't have either yet. A dyno-tune will eke out more from your mods, if you haven't done it yet. Aside from those things, you're next step would be Turbo/Charger to get moar powah.
