did you have it fix? thinking to go to my dealer to fix mine... how much did you pay?

 

Scroll up to post 10. It was something else. Parts cost about $40, Molykoye 77 grease was about $20, labor takes about 2 hours maximum. Probably closer to 1.

 

Hate to bring this thread back but, I started having what I suspect is the axle clicking described here. Just wanted to reach out and get some long-term feedback from those who greased their axle and, see how long it's lasted for you.

I plan on doing this soon. Just need to order the lube.

I have a clicking, knocking sound at idle and in rolling in first gear at very low rpm. idiot mechanic replaced timing chain. so, now I have a new timing chain and still same sound. so, all it is is the TPMS? mine seems like it has to be axle. (2009 g37s coupe)
