From: Framingham Ma,
I wouldn't but one was just making a point that 80k ( used) would be better spent elsewhere . I know this is a Nissan-infijiti forum but IMO the GTR is over rated and too many people have them. When I go to meets in the summer there like half of the cars there are GTR's. I would rather have something unique :/

From: Framingham Ma,
Sure it will, Yours is , I stroked G35 is much more "rare" than I GTR, where I am too many people have them, In the summer I see one EVERY day, Too much for me. Heck my SC'd X coupe was the only one around till the last year or so, Mine popped but now there are more than a few guys running a X car with the SC. I didn't say faster just not seen as much,
I have the kit and been running the car for a year now with pleasure lol, it's a NA high compression built .. got the kit from Brian Crower itself ( i can hook you up with Dustin if interested ) Keep in mind stroking a VQ is not as easy as bolting a turbo or SC kit, you need a professional shop to perform the installation .. Also professional shop to do the polishing/porting job .. Crank must be properly balanced to the specs, you don't want to screw up your bearings or other components .. you should determine what bore/compression you're going with ( fuel you're using play a role here ) .. also you need some good cams ( not a must tho) but i don't know how you're gonna tune them as you don't have access to your timing tables unless u go for EcuTek .. you need head studs too, new rods and crank bearings, new water and oil pump since you're there .. wud recommend to upgrade your oil pump, nismo offers one for $1300
.. mmm that's all for now, lemme kno if you needed anything.
