I know but it's too late for that. Maybe in the future I'll run an 18 10 rear with a 285 35 18 nt555 dr.

Solidus, do you have an action cam or someone to film the run?

My GoPro suffered a horrible death during a presidential escort. I was only a little better off than the camera. Gf may use her phone.

That sounds intense. A video from your gf's phone would be great.

This should be a "plug and play", since it is from an AT right?

Yup!! Just put fresh fluid in after installing and it's a wrap.

I swapped to the whiteline kit, my diff bushing was toast so why not. Drivetrain feels less sloppy, car has a tighter feel to it but like I said my diff bushing was wasted so take that fwiw. Cheap mod and you might as well do it if your replacing the diff.

Now you're talking! I recall the most gratifying change was when I went to the Level Ten torque converter. It was only the stage I version, but BOY did it love that. Even with the OEM 3.69 gears for the 5AT.

Yes, I switched to the 4.08's, but that still wasn't as gratifying as the TC. And... it went quickest with the taller gearing. I broke the car trying to go faster with the 4.08's.

However, such fun to drive on the road!

Well looking at it cost wise , I know the converter will cost me around 4-500 and installing it is about the same so say 1k total . Going with 3.91 gears will probably run me right at 1200 and I'll recoup 350-400 of that so call it 850.00 . Drag radials and a set of rear wheels will run me right at 1k. Each of these will for sure put me solidly where I want to be but the first two are more permanent. I gotta see what happens this Friday. Time to break out the tools and install this XYZ pipe and M370.

Did my installs today and it went great. Got a chance to do a few 0-60 logs to send off for tuning and I'm pretty good with the results. AFR's were way lean in the 13.8-14.6 range so that needs immediate fixing but it isn't as bad as when I put an LS7 TB on my Titan (16:1) On the silver lining side, I still can't get traction with traction control off I ran a 4.73, 4.69 and 4.62 with traction control on. Still believe this thing can rip sub 4.5's all day long considering I had a full tank of gas and a passenger . I posted sound video of the before XYZ , after XYZ and XYZ + M370 in this thread Post # 17

Okay, soooooo I'm a bit satisfied. Slowest time of the night was the run shown in this video. It was a 13.5??? with a 2.01 60ft. If you can see and hear it I spun through first gear just like when I cleaned my tires off. Best 60ft was a 1.9 even with traction issues. That happened on my first run with full tire pressure. However I learned two important things. #1 Keep your hands away from the shift lever in the 7at during launch. All it takes is a little contact and it goes to manual and you're stuck in whatever gear. #2 To really launch this car you absolutely need to do a burnout mod by installing a switch to disable VDC. The highest I could go without pulling timing was 1500rpm. Had I done the mod and dropped tire pressure down to 25lbs 1.9 60fts would be childs play. All that said my slowest time of the night was a 13.5 and that was untuned since I just added the M370 and wasn't able to get it done for the track. I'd say I'm knocking on my goal of a 12.8 if I can get traction, tune and launch without adding another thing. Don't have time to post time slips but I got 4 runs and one was a total goof ( 18 sec @8?mph stuck in 3rd ) the others were 13.4's. Enjoy.
