It can be fixed!

Some epoxy glues may work on this plastic but some won't. 3M makes a plastic repair epoxy especially for plastic parts which might be flexible or work on flexible connections. It's called Automix #5887 and is used by most body shops to repair damaged plastic parts of all types. Sets in around 10 minutes and should do the trick. Good luck.
