Different G37 7sp Transmission issue?

Ok I got the most recent software update on my '10 G37xS. That solved my shift lag and down-shift issues. My issue is when I'm trying to cruise thru town at the posted 25-35mph speed limit, my car feels like it's constanly hunting for the gears..or like the torque converter is locking and unlocking..so the car is constantly shifting/jerking. It's not a very "luxurious" feeling to say the least....Has anyone else felt this in their G?

And doesn't anyone want a compass in their rearview mirror?

Gotcha. So I just gotta live with it....Any idea if there will be a software fix/update? If it's an electronics/programming issue it can be updated somehow. No? It's très annoying....makes my gf motion sick...

sometimes resetting the ECU can help, but eventually it'll come back again.
