2011 Coupe Front Subframe Cracked

Hello,

My car is lowered on H&R Springs and I drove over a rather large bump on the road. It was a pretty big impact. I knew the bottom of my car was scraped indefinitely.

Now when I brake there is a slight vibration and when driving, my steering wheel is very VERY sensitive. If i move it left to right, it definitely doesn't have much balance.

I was wondering if anybody else had any problems similar to this and how they were able to deal with it. I went to the body shop and they did quote me $1300, but are there any alternative ways besides purchasing the oem? or any other alternatives?

Anything will help. Thank you in advance.

If it's a lease, you'll have to pay to get it fixed anyways.

Depending on your level of honesty and how long you can deal with it you can most likely ground the lease without them noticing. During two of my prior inspections they didnt even drive the car when I was around.
They do a visual inspection and start the car and listen for noises. I dont think they get too detailed most of the lease returns go straight to auctions.
I personally wouldn't do nothing, but id buy that GTspec part before I bought Infiniti a new subframe.
Good luck on whichever route you choose.
