G37 Sedan Paddle shifters
I've looked at the DIY and I'm just not convinced if can do this myself. Has anyone actually done it? I have some questions that need to be answered. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes I've done it. Easy to do. I removed my steering wheel and airbag. Others have been able to do it without removing the steering wheel. If you do remove the steering wheel make sure you disconnect your battery and have your wheels straight so you can center your steering wheel. Just make sure you are pre-wired. Installing the paddle shifters is relatively easy. PLEASE do not waste your time and effort removing the steering wheel and airbag as it is completely unnecessary when installing the paddle shifters. Just follow the DIY I posted here (starting on page 6):

i bought mine from beshoffinfiniti1 of ebay.... was shipped really quick.
however, mine didnt come with two bolts that you will need to attach the lower part of the paddles, but i was able to get some from home depot for about $1
