Took the g in for a new clutch and found the shifter support arm snapped in half
anyone had this or have an upgrade?

 

Doesnt sound right. You didnt have any problems with the shifter until you brought it in?

 

no none it all the guys at stillen called it a shift rod arm its snapped in half its made of aluminium and its about foot and half long

 

So what was supporting the shift ****? If that bracket was completely broken off, your shifter will not have a pivot point. You wouldnt be able to shift. Sounds like they broke it while dropping the transmission and are playing dumb.

anyone got one of these that they would sell

 

tranny is still in the car

 

had the guys make me a custom support bracket its perfect now i do not have to worry about this breaking again with the supercharger you can break things easily
