How often do you change your air filters?

i am having the same issue. my rpm is normal(650). but after driving for 15 to 20 min, rpm would take some time to go back to idle from 3k + rpm. sometimes it would go up by itself. This happened after cleaning TB. I did all the resets and relearn. BTW, I'm also in chicago.

SO did removing the cable to the MAF and plugging it back resolve your issue?
