Best CAI for 2009 G37S?

Hey guys, so I own a 2009 G37S sedan, and I have been thinking about adding some mods to my ride. It is bone stock, what would be the best intake to purchase without completely breaking the bank? Numbers would be greatly appreciated. Also I am new here.

Welcome to the forums!

First I will say it because I know that others will chime in, but there are a lot of threads out there about this if you just search.

I recently put a R2C in my 09 g37x and love it. I did a large amount looking through and this is a great intake. I got the black powder coated one for about $400. Didn't really notice a difference in noise at low RPMS, but really enjoy it when you open it up. Don't expect much gains though, you are really looking at next to nothing in HP gains.

Check with ImportPartsPro here, Brett was awesome here and who I picked up mine from.

Hope this helps

Best gains for the price will be stillen gen 3. Figment won't be 100% unless you play around with it. If you want a bit more power than that and a lot more sexyness for a lot more $$$ check out top secret. Otherwise injen CIA and R2C are both good options. Just search for the 100000000 pics, vids, dynos, and reviews on the forum

Probably best gains you can get are going to be exhaust, intake, and then a tune. I read a good amount on Fast Intentions and they were showing about 20 hp gain with HFCs and full Catback, but you are also looking at like 2k for that.

Intake will give you better sound and a little better performance, but not a lot.

It really depends on what you are looking to spend. If you do a quick search through the forums you will find countless threads on intakes, exhaust, and everything else. If you are debating doing it, someone here has already.

Right on, the Stillen gen 3 will give more gains, but I didn't like the fact where the filter would be.
