Depends on where you live at, I have a couple good shops around where I live at in DC. Usually if you do a search you can find a good one.

Can someone elaborate on the Stillen Gen 3 Intake? It's the one that I want but I'm worried about sucking up water. Did that ever happen to anyone?

Thanks, 22hp seems to be quite a big number actually. But as white g37 said, I've been wondering about the placement of the filter

you can always put dry-chargers around the filters if you're worried about sucking water.

Is CAI considered forced induction? I always thought turbos and SC are forced induction.
