Good news the car is still under power train warranty because its under 75k mileage. Bad news is that Nissan is saying that something is causing a jump. That the timing chain is not behaving and something caused damage around the cam sensor(not sure what he meant here) but my mechanic will contact Infiniti back and have my car towed from Nissan to Infiniti. Not the news I was hoping for, but at least some new details.
