whirring, winding noise when shifting gears only at high RPMs

whirring, winding noise when shifting gears only at high RPMs
I get a whirring, winding noise when I shift at High RPMs >6k. It also happens when I just push the clutch in at high RPMS. Its a weird noise that im concerned about when switching gears. anyone know what it can be? its not the standard transmission noise

You feel it in the shifter right? There's a few other threads on here (& 370z) about this. Seems common with this trans.
