How does UPRev Compare to say Kpro

How does UPRev Compare to say Kpro

Any honda guys out there?
Im use to working with Hondata Kpro and all its various bells and whistles.
anyone know how the full kit from Uprev would compare?
There isnt a whole lot of information for it and they dont like to respond to my emails.....
if anyone has and screen shots or what not it would be greatly appricated.

Not sure how it compares specifically to the Kpro but if you have any experience tuning its very easy to use.

Thank you ill take a look and see. I just have a hard time buying something that expensive from a company that wont return my emails....
one off the top of my head is how often do they update software?
kro cam out with new functions all the time atleast 3 updates a year how does UPRev compare in that department

I'd actually give them a call, so you can talk to someone. emails can get lost in the shuffle. Not an excuse for them, but it does happen.

They push out updates to the software pretty often, but there aren't that many new features added. The biggest ones recently are the cam timing in the VHR (not fully released but in beta testing right now), before that it was the ability to change the fan engagement temp to better cool the engine, little stuff like that. There's a limit to how many "new" functions they can provide, since they're working with the stock ecu they are limited somewhat vs a full standalone.

What does a standalone do that a Uprev tune cannot?

A standalone is a separate ECU, like something from Haltech, that allows a greater range of modification than just laying a program over the stock OEM ECU.
